Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production areas, ensuring schedules and quality are met. You will lead teams, enforce safety and policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement while sustaining a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to read drawings with CNC knowledge. A technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–6 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Solid math skills and measurements; ability to read drawings; knowledge of CNC equipment; mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities and personnel in manufacturing to meet production schedules and quality levels.
• Enforces company policies, programs, rules, and safety rules; adheres to labor contracts and safety standards.
• Leads continuous improvement efforts and maintains safe, clean work areas; develops and trains staff; communicates with employees regularly.
