Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring Production Supervisors to lead daily manufacturing operations for semi-custom and high-volume cabinet production. Two shifts are available: 1st shift 6 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and 3rd shift 7:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m., with overtime possible.

We seek candidates with a technical or business background and 2–3 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, plus proficiency in standard computer tools and strong communication skills. Compensation includes bonuses and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; analytical and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams in semi-custom and high-volume cabinet operations.
• Achieve daily output, efficiency, and on-time production goals.
• Ensure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on assigned shift.
• Promote clean, safe work areas and identify hazards; audit standard work.
• Balance efficiency with customization to meet customer demand.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, policies and quality expectations.
