Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for semi-custom and high-volume cabinet production. Two shifts are available with distinct hours and occasional overtime.

The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and offers a competitive salary with incentive potential. The ideal candidate will have a technical or business background and 2–3 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams in semi-custom and high-volume cabinet operations.
• Achieve daily output, efficiency, and on-time production goals.
• Ensure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on assigned shift.
• Promote clean, safe work areas and actively identify and correct hazards.
• Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work to support consistent, repeatable processes.
• Balance efficiency and customization requirements to meet customer demand.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational standards.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, policies and quality expectations.
• Monitor key metrics including labor efficiency, downtime, overtime, and attendance.
