Job summary

Daniels Health in Racine, Wisconsin is seeking a Second Shift Maintenance Technician to support growth by servicing electro-mechanical equipment and overseeing custodial duties. Responsibilities include daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assemblies and production equipment & robotics.
• Ability to identify and repair electrical issues.
• Experience with basic repair work.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled machines.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of equipment.
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs.
• Communicate with the Service and Engineering team for parts and support.
• Assemble, align, and install equipment and machine upgrades.
• Interface with cross-functional work teams.
• Communicate with Plant Managers for maintenance activities.
• Provide remote service assistance to plants.
• Maintain Washsmart inventory.
