Job summary
Daniels Health is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to service and maintain electro-mechanical equipment including robotic washline, autoclaves, boilers, and related systems at the Sturtevant site. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, daily maintenance, and coordinate with the Service and Engineering teams to install upgrades and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical assemblies and production equipment.
- Welding and basic repair skills.
- Electrical fault diagnosis and repair abilities.
- Troubleshooting PLC controlled machines.
Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs.
- Coordinate with Service and Engineering to arrange spare parts and travel.
- Assemble, align, and install equipment and upgrades within timeline and budget.
- Interface with cross-functional teams including plant operations and suppliers.
- Coordinate downtime with Plant Managers to complete maintenance.
- Provide weekly task reports of completed and outstanding work.
- Provide remote service assistance to get plants back in production quickly.
- Maintain Washsmart inventory at Daniels locations with plant management.
