Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician at our Sturtevant, WI facility to service electro-mechanical equipment including robotic washlines, autoclaves, boilers, and related systems. You will oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the site and collaborate with custodial leadership to maintain operations.

You will perform routine maintenance, regulate and repair equipment, monitor controls, and troubleshoot electrical and PLC systems to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment including robotics and washline systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repairs to ensure safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of equipment
• Hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs
• Coordinate with Service and Engineering to source spare parts and plan downtime
• Assemble, align and install equipment and upgrades within budget and schedule
• Interface with plant operations, global operations, and suppliers
• Communicate downtime needs to Plant Managers
• Submit weekly reports on completed and upcoming tasks
• Provide remote service assistance to get plants back in production quickly
• Maintain Washsmart inventory at Daniels locations with plant management to ensure stock levels.
