Pentair's Manitowoc facility in Wisconsin seeks a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. The role emphasizes reducing downtime and mentoring teammates.

The successful candidate will install and service robotic systems (FANUC, ABB), work with PLCs, read schematics, and perform safety checks per NEC and OSHA standards. Shift is 2:00pm–10:00pm, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic systems and equipment.
• Support automation technologies incl. sensors, actuators, and PLCs.
• Diagnose and calibrate robotic arms and vision systems.
• Install electrical panels and motor controls.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Perform electrical safety checks per NEC/OSHA standards.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate fixtures and tooling to support production.
• Maintain building systems incl. HVAC, lighting, air.
• Respond to maintenance requests from offices and non-manufacturing areas.
