Role Description The Second Shift Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX. This position is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment to support safe and efficient operations. Day-to-day activities include inspecting machinery, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs, and executing preventive maintenance schedules. The technician will collaborate with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, follow safety and quality standards, document work performed, and recommend improvements to equipment reliability. This role may involve working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, as well as responding to maintenance requests throughout the second shift.
