Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance, with experience supporting manufacturing or heavy equipment environments.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to plan and perform Preventive Maintenance activities to reduce equipment failures and improve uptime.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe use of tools and machinery.
• Relevant technical training or certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field; vocational or associate degree preferred.
• Experience reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics, and using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Capability to lift and move equipment components as required, and to work standing, bending, or climbing for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively on a team, and flexibility to support second shift schedules and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Inspect machinery, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, follow safety and quality standards.
• Document work performed and recommend improvements to equipment reliability.
• Respond to maintenance requests throughout the second shift.
