Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for the second shift to lead maintenance and housekeeping operations, drive reliability, and uphold safety and client satisfaction. The role serves as senior facility management on-site during the second shift, requiring independent decision-making, strong leadership, and effective communication with the client and facilities team.

Salary range $65k-$70k annually.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience managing both maintenance and housekeeping teams.
• Experience using CMMS programs for maintenance management (Maximo preferred).
• Experience managing Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise second shift maintenance and housekeeping teams and direct personnel.
• Serve as primary client contact during second shift operations.
• Oversee PM schedules and ensure CMMS entries are accurate.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems on site.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager for vendor support as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready maintenance and training documentation.
• Address client concerns and support on-site events.
• Maintain a safe, zero-accident work environment.
