• Ensure employees receive proper training and instructions to perform duties.
• Direct and prioritize work activities of hourly production and/or maintenance employees.
• Schedule production requirements to support daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts.
• Take responsibility for the production of materials and ensure cost-effective operations.
