Qualifications

• Experience supervising production employees in aggregate, sand/gravel, or asphalt plants.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities to guide plant personnel.
• Solid understanding of rock mining, processing, quality control, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and ensure zero-accident culture at the plant.
• Organize daily production planning and optimize equipment, personnel, and inventory.
• Provide leadership and HR collaboration to recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Monitor production quality and implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures to meet financial goals.
