Job summary

Triumph Group seeks a Supervisory Machining leader for the second shift. You will coordinate manufacturing job requirements with staff and capacity to ensure on‑time customer ship dates.

The role requires supervising the machining team, reviewing production reports, and coordinating with multiple functions to maintain workflow and efficiency. A minimum five years in aerospace manufacturing is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and supervision.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Second Shift Machining team and establishes performance objectives, monitors goals, and conducts performance appraisals.
• Reviews weekly/daily production reports and advises management of anticipated constraints.
• Interacts with Quality Assurance, Materials, Program Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Assembly and Engineering to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintains priorities and on‑time delivery for each cell and overall efficiency.
• Develops training within the team to support flow of product through Machining.
