CyberCoders is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Mason, OH. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a production supervisory leadership role, and experience in precision manufacturing for aerospace or medical devices.

You will lead a second-shift team of technicians, machinists, and operators to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, and mentor staff to achieve

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Manufacturing
• 2+ years in a Production Supervisory Leadership role
• Experience in Precision Manufacturing in Aerospace or Medical Device Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise second-shift manufacturing operations.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.
• Manage production schedules and workflow to meet customer demands.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and growth.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Monitor equipment and process performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations, employee development planning, and corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and results.
