THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for 2nd shift on-site in St. Paul, MN. You will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery, inspect outputs for quality, and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience. You will troubleshoot issues, follow safety procedures, and maintain records while contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to read technical documents, equipment manuals, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and consistent output.
• Inspect machine operations and finished products to verify quality and compliance with production standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and assist with repairs as directed.
• Follow established operating procedures, production instructions, and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
• Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, and potential safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
