Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Post Assistant Machine Operator in Golden Valley, MN. You will support machine operators, set up orders to customer specs, run quality checks, and help with finishing tasks as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience or equivalent. Overtime, weekends, and Holidays may be required as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or related experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Must be able to read and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist setup for orders per customer specifications and readiness process.
• Support quality checks by inspecting first article and subsequent items.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime to help maximize efficiency.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs with maintenance team.
