THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for 2nd shift on-site in St. Paul, MN. You will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery, inspect outputs for quality, and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience. You will troubleshoot issues, follow safety procedures, and maintain records while contributing to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to read technical documents, equipment manuals, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Machine Operator – Full-Time/Direct-Hire – 2nd Shift – Onsite at St. Paul MNWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery while ensuring efficient operations, consistent product quality, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established production procedures.Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is required.
