Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking a General Helper / Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). You will support packaging lines, transport materials, and ensure quality standards. The role requires lifting 25–50 lbs, strong attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Starting pay is $23.17/hour with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be safety-conscious and able to adapt to changing production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and adhere to quality standards.
• Must achieve qualified score on job skills assessment after passing interview.

Responsibilities

• Transport packaging materials and ingredients using pallet jack, forklift, or other transport equipment.
• Ensure equipment is safe and ready for use; follow factory policies.
• Supply raw materials to packaging lines and monitor availability.
• Label 200-pack or smaller cases correctly and feed machines.
• Record tracking numbers and return unused materials to staging areas.
• Keep work area clean; empty trash and sweep floors; clean spills.
• Operate packaging machines and perform changeovers and adjustments.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
