Job summary

MPUSA in Cranston, RI is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team on the second shift (4 PM–12:30 AM). The role supports manufacturing operations with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and meeting daily production goals.

Pay range is $20.35–$22.35 after a 90-day review. Responsibilities include setting up machines, operating ERP-enabled equipment per MPS and BOM, reviewing ERP orders daily, loading materials, maintaining inventory, and performing routine maintenance and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 3 months machine operation experience.
Experience operating ERP systems and basic data entry.
Ability to learn MPS procedures within 90 days.
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform setup for various manufacturing machines and equipment to support production.
Operate computer-operated and/or mechanical machines to produce parts per MPS and BOM.
Review ERP daily to determine orders to process.
Load materials, maintain inventory for production orders, and bin finished parts.
Complete daily checks and maintenance, perform tests, and update ERP for work performed.
