Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Mon-Fri) in Wisconsin.

This direct-hire role requires a logical, detailed approach to operating equipment and a strong commitment to safety as you work to meet production schedules. Responsibilities include setting up and operating machines, performing inspections, moving parts with a forklift when needed, and collaborating with teammates across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation.
• Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support other team members across shifts and locations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines to process parts according to established procedures.
• Perform process inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Operate a forklift as needed to support production flow.
• Promote and participate in safety regulations and procedures to help maintain a safe work environment.
