Job summary

Donaldson seeks a Lead Operator in Cresco, IA to assemble multimedia filters and operate production lines. You will inspect components with calipers and height gauges, follow SOPs, and ensure safety and quality in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Lift 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must pass pre-hire drug and background screenings and a 60-day probation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble multimedia filters following SOPs and work instructions.
• Inspect parts with calipers and height gauges per testing instructions.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, adhesive applicators, and paper media cutting equipment safely.
• Record labor, production, scrap, and other data in production systems.
• Maintain PPE and safety compliance; keep the area organized and perform preventive maintenance.
• Rotate lines and positions as needed; assist with training and mentoring.
