Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Production Operator in Cresco, IA to follow SOPs and work instructions while efficiently producing multimedia filters on our production lines. You will use hand tools, measuring devices, calipers, and media cutting equipment, and you may rotate between lines to support operations and training.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, inspecting parts with precision tools, logging production data, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Follows Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Performs tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to work non-traditional shifts and weekends if required.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble multimedia filters following SOPs/WIs.
• Operate various machinery to process materials and assemblies.
• Inspect parts with calipers and gauges per test instructions.
• Use hand tools and media cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Document labor, production, scrap, and other data in production systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Flex between lines/positions and assist with training as needed.
