Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree required in engineering or business administration.
• 5–10+ years in predictive/proactive maintenance.
• Experience with a computerized preventive maintenance system.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a flour-dust environment.
• English reading and writing proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Leads safe work environment and aligns with safety programs.
• Develops and implements preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Analyzes and resolves technical maintenance issues.
• Organizes work assignments by equipment priority and PM effectiveness.
• Establishes KPIs and reports on downtime, PM completion, and costs.
• Communicates status of engineering/maintenance activities to plant ops.
• Develops maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Manages outside contractors and training for maintenance staff.
• Prepares budgets for engineering/maintenance and controls expenditures.
• Oversees stockroom mgmt and MRO budgeting.
• Writes AFEs and manages plant capital program.
