Job summary

• Strong PC hardware and basic network knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in logging, reporting, and monitoring PC performance.
• Document hardware failures, repairs, and installations.
• Support new hardware installations and projects.
• Upgrade and repair PC, hardware, and peripherals as needed.
• Train end users and staff on computer operation.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software.
