Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Level 1 Systems Support Technician to maintain in-house desktops, laptops and peripherals, with a focus on keeping guest-facing services running smoothly. The role includes troubleshooting, installing hardware, and providing end-user training as part of the IT team.

The position shifts 12:30 PM–10:30 PM with alternating weekends. Requirements include a two-year IT degree and four years of related IT experience, plus strong PC hardware, Windows, and network knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in related IT field (strongly preferred).
• Four (4) years of IT experience; education/experience combo considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot in-house desktops, laptops, peripherals.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware to ensure workstation performance.
• Support guest-facing services and assist end users and staff with IT issues.
