Job summary

Ultipro in Ohio is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for second shift to lead weekly inventory counts and audits. You will publish schedules, coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, and ensure resources are available to complete the counts.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a High School diploma or GED, and strong communication and Excel skills. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a recognition program.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and audit skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count and audit schedules.
• Coordinates counts with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Provides analysis and statistics on counts and audit results.
• Documents audit results in Excel spreadsheets.
• Identifies trends and coordinates corrective actions with supervisors.
• Responds promptly to email communications.
