Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience setting up and operating injection molding machines and robots.
• Ability to read measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers.
• Familiarity with blueprints and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, shutdown and troubleshoot injection molding processes.
• Direct and monitor production schedule and perform mold/material changes.
• Inspect parts for conformity and adjust processes to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering on new molds and material sampling.
• Verify startup and in-process documentation and logs.
• Prepare support equipment for production start-up.
