Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in an injection molding environment.
• Commitment to continued education through AIM Molding I and II (coursework and travel covered by US Conec)

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for press alarms, production priorities, and test runs.
• Transfer and validate processes between machines; create setup sheets.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Document changes using standardized worksheets.
• Support molding and quality teams on corrective actions and process adjustments.
• Ensure molds run within defined parameters and maintain a clean floor.
