This hands-on role involves ensuring smooth production flow and mold preparation in injection molding operations. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in injection molding, strong technical skills, and the ability to work safely within a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for entire shift.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust injection molding machines to correct process parameters.
• Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems.
• Ensure mold preparation and changeovers are completed efficiently.
• Monitor production to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards.
• Remove scrap and manage material flow to machines on time.
• Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements.
