Job summary

Klein Tools in Mansfield, TX is seeking a skilled Process Technician for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 9pm–5:30am). You will manage the injection molding process, including setup, startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, ensuring part conformity and quality.

You will direct and monitor the production schedule, perform mold and material changes, and work with Engineering on current and new molds.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and tolerances.
• Ability to troubleshoot injection molding processes.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, startup, and shutdown of injection molding process.
• Direct and monitor production schedule; perform mold/material changes.
• Troubleshoot process issues and ensure part conformity and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering on molds for sampling and new products.
• Verify startup and in-process inspection documentation.
