Job summary

The Hillman Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations. This is a full-time, on-site, second-shift role with hours Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM–2:30 AM and potential overtime.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of related experience, strong mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance Technology.
• Two to five years of related maintenance experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex operating problems in a timely manner and report issues to supervisor.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance on multiple production systems in and around the facility.
• Perform mechanical calibrations and alignments during preventative maintenance.
• Test and modify operational machinery and control equipment as needed.
• Complete daily maintenance reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and conserve resources.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
