The Hillman Group in Tyler, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. This role requires strong electromechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems, and document work orders.

Formación

• Technical degree, industrial maintenance certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience required.
• PLC and automation troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production safely and efficiently.
• Install, modify, and improve machinery, tooling, and facility systems.
• Document maintenance work orders, repairs, and parts usage.
• Support continuous improvement, TPM, and reliability initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
