Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, third-shift role in Cincinnati, OH. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations, diagnosing problems and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, calibrations, and keeping accurate maintenance reports, while following safety policies and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military/civilian equivalent in industrial maintenance technology.
• Two to five years related maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex operating problems in a timely manner and report issues to Supervisor.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance on production systems.
• Test and calibrate equipment and maintain daily maintenance reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Adapt to changing priorities and follow verbal or written instructions.
