Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, second-shift role in the Cincinnati area. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair diverse equipment across manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations, diagnosing issues and recommending effective solutions.

Regular hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM with potential overtime based on operations. A strong mechanical background and the ability to work with limited supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to five years related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and shift priorities as needed.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.
• Diagnoses problems and recommends solutions.
• Performs general and preventative maintenance on production systems.
• Completes maintenance reports and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Follows safety policies and reports hazards.
