Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL’s DHL Supply Chain in Phoenix is seeking a Second Shift Forklift Operator to move materials within the warehouse. You will load/unload shipments, inspect equipment, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The role requires forklift operation experience, a forklift certification, and a HS diploma (preferred). Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or completion of forklift-training within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack) to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment daily before use and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Stack and organize materials following safety and efficiency standards.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse organization.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
