Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Second (2nd) Forklift Operator in our facility. The role supports loading, unloading, and moving stock within a fast-paced warehouse environment, using stand‑up, sit‑down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and related warehousing tasks, with education including forklift certification and a high school diploma. Benefits and overtime are based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or training completed within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment.
• Prepare product for shipment with correct quantity and type.
• Maintain inventory records for accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load counts, stability, and detect damage; report variances.
• Change equipment batteries and monitor power sources.
• Keep equipment and materials clean and orderly.
• Assist in daily physical inventories.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
