Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will load and unload shipments, move stock with various forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and ensure accurate order preparation.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, at least 6 months in warehousing, and the ability to meet physical demands. Competitive benefits support ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or completed forklift-training within 30 days.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper records.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load counts, stability, and report variances.
• Change batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources.
• Keep equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly.
• Assist in physical inventories and perform daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
