Michael Page is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations at a high-volume food production facility in Naperville, IL. The role suits a hands-on leader who develops teams, drives performance, and supports continuous improvement.

You will manage daily production, ensure safety and quality, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehousing, and HR to meet schedules and compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and USDA standards.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of Production Supervisor experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and SQF systems.
• Experience managing teams of 20-50+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience in protein processing, frozen foods, or USDA-regulated facilities preferred.
• Associate degree or technical education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees
• Drive accountability around attendance, performance, and workplace expectations
• Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehousing, and Human Resources teams
• Support audits, inventory activities, and compliance initiatives
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, USDA, and company procedures
• Lead investigations and corrective actions relating to production issues
• Complete production reporting and shift documentation
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on performance and engagement
