Jobot is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Harlan, IA to lead hourly production teams in a fast-growing food manufacturing setting.

You will plan daily schedules, oversee changeovers, manage yields and labor costs, ensure USDA/OSHA/HACCP compliance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accurate reporting and cross-functional communication with the Operations Manager and QA teams.

Formación

• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Computer proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across assigned shift.
• Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime.
• Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards.
• Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of work areas.
• Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to Operations Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditions.
• Maintain accurate digital/paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders.
