Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations management, business, or related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee second-shift production activities to meet schedules, output targets, and customer requirements.
• Monitor daily production performance, labor utilization, yields, waste, downtime, and efficiency.
• Ensure proper staffing and assignment of employees to meet operational needs.
• Review production schedules and communicate priorities, changes, and challenges to departments.
• Identify and resolve production issues that impact efficiency, product quality, or delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address equipment breakdowns, repairs, and interruptions.
• Ensure production employees follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and KPI tracking.
• Promote safety, continuous improvement, and a culture of teamwork.
