Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians to support daily plant operations.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders based on production needs.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, and Sanitation to optimize performance.
