Furlani Foods Corporation seeks a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee a high-speed food production plant, leading 50-100 associates and enforcing Lean principles for daily operations.

This role drives continuous improvement while upholding strict health, safety, and food safety standards to maintain top performance and quality benchmarks. You will coordinate across Production, QA and Maintenance to meet metrics and goals.

Formación

• Clear and persuasive communication with individuals and groups.

• Proven organizational, planning and priority-setting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 50-100 associates, fostering employee engagement.
• Ensure health, safety and food safety compliance, aiming for zero incidents.
• Adhere to GMP, SQF, HACCP, STATE and FDA standards (training provided).
• Coordinate across Production, QA, Maintenance to align goals and metrics.
• Optimize OEE, reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement.
