Job summary

Barcel USA, a people-centered employer, seeks a Production Supervisor for the Second Shift in Coppell, TX. You will lead the second shift, organize daily production activities, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting customer requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production, with knowledge of Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and GMP/HACCP/FSMA familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Supervise second-shift production personnel and provide leadership to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, and investigate incidents as needed.
• Support SQF, GMP, HACCP, and FSMA compliance and participate in audits.
