Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required.
• Previous experience in a food related environment required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
• Ability to lead and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Prep trays and pans, portion ingredients, move racks of product, and pack product into boxes.
• Participate in dishwashing duties.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely; manage manual processes with machine assistance.
• Inspect product at all stages to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Lead and train staff and supervise shifts.
• Maintain and retrieve materials, supplies, and equipment.
