New Weds Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, supervise staff, and ensure alignment with GMP and HACCP standards. You will coordinate scheduling, conduct safety and health meetings, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams.

The role requires strong communication and supervisory experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient production flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level sufficient for technical duties and documentation.
• Experience supervising production staff and coordinating schedules.
• Strong computer proficiency and understanding of production software.
• Ability to read and follow HACCP and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel to meet production requirements.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and safety trainings.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Monitor production activities and troubleshoot issues in blending and packaging.
• Review employee documentation and assist in audits.
