Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Lead for the second shift to coordinate daily fabrication activities, ensure production schedules, quality standards, and on‑time customer delivery. You will lead and coach fabrication staff, monitor workflow and equipment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve safety, productivity and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of fabrication processes, and a commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fabrication or manufacturing leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, safety rules, and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fabrication activities to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to fabrication staff.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed across shifts.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Quality and Operations to resolve issues.
• Assist with scheduling, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
