Job summary

Lennox International seeks a manufacturing leader to develop, implement, and sustain fabrication and assembly operations meeting production demand and quality standards. You will drive long-term strategies and align with QA, while supporting Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations or production management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification a plus).
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain fabrication and assembly operations to meet production and customer demand.
• Establish and drive long-term strategies to improve quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Align manufacturing operations with Quality Assurance standards and objectives.
• Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and sales teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.
• Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing.
