Job summary

Module X Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead to act as a hands-on working lead, bridging frontline execution and supervision. You will provide strong technical guidance, lead day-to-day activities in your department, and coach others to meet engineering specifications and procedures.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on manufacturing experience, deep knowledge of department tools and processes, and a proven ability to train and mentor teammates while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Understanding of department-specific tools, materials, and processes.
• Strong communication with supervisors, engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adherence to safety protocols, 5S and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for team members, providing troubleshooting support and mentorship.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees; develop team skills.
• Communicate needs to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain organization and 5S practices in the work area.
• Identify and report equipment issues, process inefficiencies, or personnel concerns to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
• Lead hands-on execution and bridge gap between frontline work and supervision.
