Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Lead for the second shift (2pm–10:30pm) to coordinate daily fabrication activities and drive safe, efficient output.

You will guide fabrication employees, monitor workflow, and partner with Production, Shipping, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement. The role emphasizes leadership, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to manage schedules and resources while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience preferred and helpful for coordinating daily activities.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily fabrication activities to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to fabrication employees.
• Ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met; enforce QC procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Quality and Operations to ensure on-time orders.
• Maintain production docs, shift records, and operational reports.
