Job summary

Polyzen, located in Apex, NC, seeks a 2nd shift Extrusion Production Tech II to ensure the efficient operation of our extrusion line. You will be responsible for maintaining high product quality and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in production metrics.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and two to three years of manufacturing experience, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in manufacturing, machine operations, or a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to solve mathematical equations involving all units of measure.
• Proficient in operating hand tools or power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure extrusion line runs efficiently to achieve high-quality products.
• Perform machine setups, production, and development runs.
• Aid in troubleshooting and maintenance of extrusion equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation standards.
• Inspect final products for quality assurance.
